Ken Shamrock Says He Will Break Kimbo’s Leg

Ken Shamrock's thoughts about his upcoming fight with Kimbo Slice.

“Honestly, I think I can test him anywhere,” [Shamrock] said. “He’s got big, heavy hands. Everyone says he punches hard and he probably does. But again, he doesn’t punch properly, in my opinion. He swings his hands, he moves his body back and forth trying to get as much power as he can, but there’s really no snap behind it. You can usually see the punches coming. I’m going to do what I need to do. If it goes to the ground, I’ll probably break his leg. I mean, no question. I will break his leg. If he gives it to me, I’m going to break it.”

I cant f**king stand shamrock, i dont even like kimbo but theres nothing i love seeing more than ken running his mouth and then getting a big heavy fist rammed into it until hes out... again... he may have a chance if he gets kimbo down... maybe

I have alot of respect for shamrock when he was good he was great but i also agree with everyone else its time to hang up the gloves. I think Kimbos gonna destroy him but id love to see him beat kimbo. And if he does beat shamrock lets put him up against some one that is STILL a contender.

possibly good for shamrock if he can get slice on the ground, possibly. no doubt kimbo needs to work on cardio, and ground fighting, but shamrock still needs to get him down which may not be as easy as he thinks, and shamrock has to watch out for the first round ko which kimbo can surly deliver.

even though he is still new to the cage and to world class fighters, for the kind of money that kimbo makes he should have tougher competition. now kimbo vs tito ortiz, or even kimbo vs brock lesner that would be interesting to watch.

I'm routing for Ken, but he shouldn't be underestimating Kimbo's punching power. I mean, if Tito Ortiz can knock Ken out, imagine what Kimbo can do if he catches him! Everyone knows that Kimbo will come out like a bat out of hell and go for the early KO, if Ken can survive that, I like his chances later on in the fight.

I never did like Ken's arrogance, but as a fellow MMA and fighter coming from a stand point, Ken has the advantage by miles over Kimbo. Kimbo made his name by means via internet as a street brawler, All respect due. Ken has been around and fought some of the best, He will probably destroy Kimbo in the first round EASILY. Kimbo is great in stand-up but sucks in ground, or any other part of the game.

Ken is being way underestimated. How many fighters have crossed back and forth from UFC to WWE to UFC. Shamrock will crucify Kimbo.
