Brock one of the strogest men alive, he's squated over 900Lbs, this one body builder in flex tor both his quads lifting 700 compare this to brock. He move like a light weight, he runs several miles with a 150LBS log on this shoulder before this main workout. Hes a f**king athelete like it or not shut the f**k up its the way it is.

First of all the 6'7" 260lbs guy that Mrknowitall is referring to is Tim Silvia who is no Brock Lesnar. Yes he is big but he can't move near as fast as Brock and doesn't even come close in power. And really the same thing goes for most of Randy's upset wins like Chuck Lidell, Tito Ortiz, Gabriel Gonzaga, etc. They were all great fighters in their own right but none of them had the explosive power of Lesnar and match that with his speed and you have a wrecking machine. As far as Frank Mir is concerned, he is damn lucky Lesnar made a mistake becuause another few minutes and that fight would have been over. Mir was getting his Ass handed to him and their is no way he could have took that much longer. As for Fedor, he better hope he doesn't ever have to face Brock. I'm calling it now, Brock wins and wins big, second round KO!

Brock beat couture and it legitimized him as a fighter. He won, flat out, and don't whine about it being just bcuz of his size, he moves faster than anybody that big. With that being said, its gonna b great when he thinks he can call out the MAIN MAN in MMA. The giant killa, real deal-a, best heavyweight fighter in the world, thats right im talkin about FEDOR .
