Boxing is not dead, it is true the likes of Mayweather & his nut bag clan, Golden Boy and his gang of fish net stylest does hurt the sport. Cage fighting is growing and some of the fight are good & bad just like boxing.
Boxing is like thoroughbred racing, Cage fighting is like Quarter Horse racing. Boxing is like Indy racing, Cage fighting is like Nascar racing.
No one is wrong or right and I think Cage Fighting has helped these b***h type boxers start fighting each other. It used to be a loss or 2 or 3 ment seasoning and learning and in the cage it does. Boxing tries to babysit and keep want a be fighters undefeated. Look at Golden Boys last Golden boy and how he b***hed up after his loss and the comments he made. Remember when Ali fought the karata guy? There does need to be a fight off not to see which sport is better but to see real warriors put it all on the line.
The boxer is coming and I know when the time comes there will be a cage fighter that will meet his challenge. He is young right now 19yr. getting ready for his 6th pro fight, undefeated, Italian, and is called IL LEON (THE LION). He is beating cage fighters now in training, it will be just a matter of time before he puts one of you to the test.
