i love how he tried to play off that his improvements werent because of going to extreme cotoure. Clearly Shawn tompkins has improved his stand up by leaps and bounds. Not to mention hes actually training with the best fighters in the world at extreme cotoure. Oh well gotta give him credit for staying true to his roots and biging up the people who first helped him.
