They never fought before, they were scheduled to fight in december of 07, but serra got injuried. I think Matt will win.

This will probley be Matt Hughes last fight so i hope he beats the s**t out of Serra. When Serra saying stuff like Hughes is coacky and crap like that look at him. He acts like he's the best welterweight ever. What has he done. Get a close victory which i thought he loss and then get a hugh victory over GSP. But then in the rematch gets his ass whipped by him. Hughes 2nd round tko victroy.

Hughes is an ass. I hope Matt Serra takes him down a couple of knotches. Matt Hughes needs to understand he WAS a champion and he is no longer. Start showing other fighters some respectand realize your career although very successful is on the decline. Or should GSP smack you around again?

Hughes does have that additude that Serra said he does, but Serra's sounds like an ass. He talks a lot of s**t and that's why he's not liked to much. Kind of like how everyone didn't like Phil Baroni, cause of all the s**t he talks before a fight. Some times you get that kind of guy. Me personally, I don't like Roger Huerta, he thinks he's untouchable, and look what happened. He said the fight with Florian was gonna be cake walk and he was never gonna lose, look what happened. Hughes and Serra is gonna be great!!!

Matt Hughes to me, no matter how much everyone says has evloved is still a wrestler, and his ground and pound is his main focus. he can't do that with a ground fighter like Serra.
