UFC President Dana White finally breaks his silence to Dave Meltzer about the UFC 106 battle between heavyweights Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin. White, already hyping the hatred between the two fighters, claims that Carwin “hates Brock Lesnar”.

Dana White,

“Brock is ready to go now and wants to fight … Carwin makes the most sense. He’s 11-0, and he’s been kicking the [expletive] out of everybody. [Gabriel] Gonzaga destroyed [Mirko] Cro Cop and he [Carwin] totally destroyed Gonzaga. Plus, he hates Brock Lesnar.”[Yahoo]

Here’s what Carwin had to say following Brock Lesnars performance at UFC 100,

“The flipping off of the fans that just lined your pocket with millions of dollars is just lame … He may be a champion, but he has a long ways to go before he earns the respect of a champion. The fans are why we do this, Brock. This sport is not about fat paychecks and drama. It is about hard work and sacrifice for a shot to do what you did [that] night. It doesn’t matter how much money you make if you can’t earn your peers’ respect and the respect and love of the greatest sporting fans in the world.”

Carwin is absolutly right...don't flip off the very same people that make his money...The WWE definitely came out of him that night. But he's a badass, he is odviously champion for a reason. Alot of people will argue that he should not have even gotten a title shot. It doesn't matter wether he deserved it, he got it and won. Brock defended it against the only guy to beat him and won. In my opnion, I still don't think he's earned the respect of a true champion such as Randy Couture or Chuck Liddel, not enough experience, when he's tested in other areas other then his wrestling. then we'll see.

I dont see any reason why Carwin would be right lets look at all of Lesnars wins, his record obviously isnt as great as carwins but Brock has went after the big dogs from day one and just in the last year has shown everyone his strength and capability, I cannot wait til Dana finds someone that can match les's power, he deserves every moment of where hes at right now... I say he's a tough one to beat...

MMA fans don't go and see Carwins...we go see Brock Lesnar. Brock's a draw. There has to be a bad boy in every sport. We like to see how bad boy handles adversary. We wonder who's gonna knock him out. It sells tickets.

A man like that has a lot of rage and adrenaline. After a win like that he spoke his mind to Frank Mir, which I hate also, and got booed. I can see why he flipped everyone off, I would've also. Even if it was wrong everyone deserves a break for making a mistake. He apologized so stop fuc--ng whineing and watch him continue to whoop-ass!
