I can kind of relate to Machida. my did boxing and he didn't train us hard core like Lyoto's dad did but he did discipline us kind of the same. So Machida's mind can't and will not be broken. That's one of the most important things in his fight game.

i still believe that Machida's style is hard to figure out and if Evans fight's him the same way he's been fighting everyone else, then there will be a new light heavyweight champ.

TO beat Machida you have to cuthim off and chop down his legs. Rashad is a counter fighter, he won't be able to do that, however he has good footwork, Evans kind of looks like he throws punches and hope they hit you or land, and he won't get cocky when Machida cracks him and move away, cracks then move away. That's how he's frustrated everyone he's fought. Well see saturday what'll happen.

I think we will see Rashad trying to ground and pound he has no other alternative, He has a smart camp and they have revealed very little of his training. It would be a total loss if he thinks he can counter strike Lyoto.
