to biff, why don't you step in the cage and fight? these kind of things are hard to train for, Arlovski may not be what he was a few years ago, but he's still dangerous, I'm pretty sure he still has knockout power, why not try him and see where that lands you. Arlovski is a good fighter who's lost, like everybody else, this happens, no one remains unbeaten. Rogers is doing his thing and on the rise but with every rise there is a fall, and it may not happen now but it'll happen. All the best fighters lose, Anderson GSP, BJ Penn, even Fedor lost, not by his own doing of course but it's still a lost. And what has he done since then? Listen, i have fought in the cage, grew up playing football/wrestling. I trained BJJ/Muay Thai and am still a great athlete! I would get killed by Arlovski no doubt, one he has 6 inches and about 40 pounds on me! I am just stating facts about his fighting career! As far as disrespect what about ur post on Jake Shields saying you would kick his ass! I am pretty sure he would tap you out in under a minute as well!!
