Best submission was UFC 1 when Ken Shamrock submitted the favorite to win a heavyweight Tia Quon do (think that's how you spell it lol)guy with a 200 fight unbeaten streak?. Shamrock picked him up slammed him down and heel locked him in about 30 seconds. Was totally hilarious as this gobby 250lb coloured guy was still trying to get up to hit Shamrock while he was being interviewed saying how easy that was for him lol. A ledgend was born?.

Will be trying that on the mat Thursday? Kata Gatame usually just used to immobilise and make things very uncomfortable for your opponent? But his sudden change of direction low body position staying tight to the chest coupled with clever use of own left arm turned it into a chest crushing shoulder dislocating powerful strangle. Good stuff?.
