It definitely wouldn't go past the second round. At this point in Brocks career, he is too explosive and always attempting to dominate while Fedor is so reactive and calculating. Fedor by submission in the first.

Also brock admited to being tense against coutore wich gased him a little quicker i could imagine he we be just as nervouse fighting fedor,but then again who wouldnt be.

I give it to Fedor, by submission in the first. I think Fedor would avoid some punches and counter-punch effectively, then Brock would go for a take down, get it, then get tapped with an arm bar or maybe a rear-naked choke.

If I were in charge of Brock's training I would send him to Japan to learn catch wrestling a la Josh Barnett and Sakuraba. He has a great base in that style, and moves well enough that if he could learn submissions he would be a force for years. As long as he's a meat-head, pounding with those weird looking hammer-fists he'll only every be good, same as Shane Carwin.
