Punching Power (Bam!!!)

Punching to power is essential in the fight game. It all boils down to core strength and technique. Now I'm not saying a guy with a six pack will knock you unconscious, but they will hit hard. Look at guys like Sean Sherkm, he's in great shape and he doesn't have that kind of power. Kenny Florian is shredded and his power is good enough to make guys wilt, and that's because he has great technique. To have great technique I'd train boxing, it offers hand speed, hand and eye coordination, and of course punching power. I have found that some of these exercises contribute to power: Dumbbell front raises, hammer curls, military presses, working with a sledge hammer, single arm tricep extentions (you'll need a universial exercise machine)  resistant punches with a cable,  and one arm medicine ball throws.  Years of training hard and regularly  will hopefully get you where you need to go.
