Was that really over so early in the 3rd? It seemed like not that solid of a kick... but hammil seemed to be happy it was over almost, even though franklin had more cuts and bruises... weird!

Its absurd to say Franklin is not technical since he has always competed and known as a technical fighter not some brawler. Rich just showed heaps of good technique by mixing in various kicks and good balance and escapes to exploit Hamill's weakness of being a slower less adept at standup.

Both of you you don't understand what being technical is about and just think it means some super-flashy ending move.

I am surprised Hamil folded so easily. He looked tired and didn't push the ground and pound like he should have. I don't know, I want to see Rich fight Denis Kang who fights the same style, but as I have always said, "Kang is a good Rich Franklin."

Not a bad fight,I like both fighters but Hamill has very poor defense skills and not enough movement, he could have won that fight if he didn't leave himself open so much and if he fully committed to his ground game and takedowns. This sight is not that great to view fights though, too much loading times and choppiness, and it isn't my computer!

ok that one guy is an idiot, i was there and it was a very solid kick. you could hear it through the arena

1st round pretty good.
2nd round other then the injury stops.It was real good
rick had some good head kicks there !
andd 3rd round the kick finshed it .
matt was getting to sloew up to the 2nd round.

how cna u say when or when not they should fall .. the only person that can feel the power behind the kick or punch that drops them is that person even if on tv it doesnt look hard it might be

this video needs better flow.. too many loading stops during the fight. try loading it all up then watch it after its done loading.

franklin didnt impress me with this performance. we'll have to see if he gets a better quality opponent next time and if so can he step up his game.

2) Franklin's final liver shotrepresented the culmination of precision technique,

4) Franklin has shown his true colours now. He would crush Silva in a 3rd fight if Silva wasn't so chicken to take him up on it.
