Fight in your weight class. There is no excuse for that and Yoshida shouldn't have fought, make him cut it.

6 f**kin pounds overweight, OFFICIALLY. so, there's probably at LEAST 15 more pounds.

disgraceful, this shouldnt count, and yes yoshida should not have taken the fight.

Johnson may knock him out 10/10 fights, not the point at all. Its about making weight. Ever have to cut for wrestling, boxing, etc...if so you probably have more respect for the issue!

Dillweed, if you want to be big and KO guys half your size make the weight, period. Six lbs is half a weight class. Then he should fight middle or light heavy if he is such hot stuff. The only reason people cut is try to have a size advantage....

wow...ok one thing...the ufc has many fighters fighting in different weight classes...but not makin weight is kinda of a big deal...especially in this case...imagine if dan henderson tryin to fight at 185 and he come to the weigh ins at 190's. thats a bit ridiculous. the man already has a size advantage and hes trying to get more? thats just wrong...but it is what it is and yoshida shouldnt have taken the fight. but i understand its bad for his image. its always bad for a fighters image to turn down a fight. yoshida just had too much pride and he paid the price for it.
