I'm rooting for carwin on this one. but holy f**k brock is a monster of a man. He's a tough fight for anyone.

The probability of somebody beating him just goes down every day... If he get's comfortable striking and mixing up kicks/knees... wow. He's gonna knock some dudes out.

OK, so size is a wash, Shane's hands are better, but Brock can probably take him down pretty easily seeing how Gabe did. Dunno, but if Brock wins it will be his most impressive win against a well rounded fighter. I think Cane should have fought Gabe to get the winner of this fight.

Agreed. He knows his submissions, but I guess in the heat of the moment he wants to punish the guy. I rooting for Carwin as well.

I think Brock is more explosive and Carwin proved that he can be taken down by Gabe. Carwin's hands are better I think. No one has test Brock's chin yet. I think that if Shane loses, which I hope he doesn't, Gabe or Lashley are the only hopes to beat Brock for the futre, unless I am missing someone (UFC of course)?

Brock's shown he's got no taste for the striking with anyone in his weight class, the only guy he was willing to trade with was couture and rightfully he's a LHW. He wanted nothing to do w/ Mir's standup and Carwin hits a LOT harder than that. He won't have the size advantage here and really that's all that got him through his last two fights, the fact he was about 40 lbs heavier than the other guy. I just don't see an amateur like him standing up against well-rounded fighters his own size.
